Orders that choose Local Pickup as the delivery option may be picked up Monday through Saturday, 11am to 5pm, at our store at 778 N. Virgil Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90029 after receiving a confirmation email that the order is ready for pickup.
All other orders are shipped via the USPS Priority Mail to all 50 states. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number when your order has shipped.
We are not responsible for items lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping.
Refunds will not be offered for any reason.
If your product is damaged during shipping, we may exchange it with the same item. Send us a message and then return the item to us including all original packaging, shipping materials, packing slips, and a description of the damage. When we receive your damaged product we will replace it with the identical item and ship it to you.
We will not accept any returns or exchanges of opened or partially used products.
